In the Capital Magazine article titled “New Balances Among Generations”, ODAŞ COO Caner Demirayak shared his insights on the company’s management structure, stating: “52.9% of our C-level executives belong to Generation Y, 29.4% to Generation X, and 17.6% to the Baby Boomer generation. Generation Z has not yet been represented at this level.”
Demirayak highlighted the significant generational shift that has taken place in the workforce since 2020, noting: “After 2020, the generational distribution within the workforce has changed markedly. In the energy sector as well, we observe that younger generations are now taking on much more visible and active roles. Generation X is in the process of transferring its management experience to Generation Y, while Generation Z is establishing a strong presence both in the field and within the digital dimensions of the system. This transition is driving the business world toward a younger, more dynamic, and technology-oriented structure.”
