"Human and Culture" Policy Placed ODAŞ among Turkey's Best Employers

ODAŞ, with its energetic, dynamic, and agile business approach, made it to this year's "Turkey's Best Employers 2024" list with two of its companies, in the annual list prepared by the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW), a global organization in workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Suda Maden, a subsidiary of ODAŞ, ranked first in the 50-99 employee category through the votes of its employees. Suda Maden achieved the top spot on the list in its first year with a perfect score of 100 out of 100 from its employees. ODAŞ Headquarters was also included in the same list in 26th place.

According to the results of a survey conducted with employees by GPTW, an independent organization, one of the main factors placing ODAŞ among "Turkey's Best Employers" is the policies focused on "human and employee experience" offered through the "Human and Culture Department." As part of this strategy, ODAŞ first adopts an equal and development-focused experience approach for every employee. Additionally, it prioritizes supporting their professional development in a positive working environment and offering equal career opportunities for both male and female employees.
