As ODAŞ, we
have been ranked among the 100 companies in Turkey in the 'Companies Supporting
Equal Opportunities' survey, thanks to our practices to create gender equality
policies in the fields of energy and mining. The survey was conducted for the
first time this year by Nasıl Bir Ekonomi Newspaper.
Although we operate in sectors where male employment is higher, we are at a competitive point with the number of women managers and women on the board of directors in the energy sector thanks to our efforts in the field of equal opportunities.
We believe that equal opportunity is possible through practices in the work culture beyond the numbers. In 2023, we crowned our efforts in this area by being included in the "Best Workplaces for Women" list of the Great Place To Work Institute. In the coming period, we will continue to contribute to the creation of a more inclusive, fair and successful workplace culture with our efforts and practices in the field of equal opportunities.
