ODAŞ People and Culture Director İnci Arıkan states that corporate values are designed in accordance with the company's current structure and future goals. ‘Our values guide our colleagues on their career journeys. ODAŞ aims for employees to internalise values not only theoretically but also through fun and instructive activities. To strengthen teamwork and support the integration of values into business processes, ODAŞ organizes quizzes and digital values games.

Comprehensive training programmes are also offered. Discussing the training processes, Arıkan said, "Our behavioural competencies training focuses on collaboration, results-driven performance, and fostering innovation. In these trainings, our colleagues experience how to practically apply the values through group work and case studies. For all organisations, values reflect the atmosphere of the company. Arıkan, who also shared ODAŞ's future projects and practices, said, "We have developed projects to make our values more visible to our colleagues in both physical and digital environments. We’ll continue to organise surprise events, trainings, and seminars throughout the year in line with our ODAŞ values calendar. With these practices, which will both entertain and contribute to learning, we’ll address both the theoretical and practical aspects of the values, helping our colleagues gain more knowledge and awareness in this regard."
