We took part in Nasıl Bir Ekonomi Newspaper!

İnci Uğurlu Arıkan, ODAŞ People and Culture Director, told Nasıl Bir Ekonomi Newspaper about ODAŞ's human and culture approach that enabled us to be included in the Best Employers of Turkey List organised by Great Place To Work® Turkey with our companies ODAŞ and Suda Maden.

‘We care about cooperation, people orientation and teamwork’

İnci Arıkan, ODAŞ People and Culture Director, stated that we work with a dynamic and agile approach in all the sectors in which we operate, putting people at the centre of our work, and said, "We take measures to support our colleagues at all levels in their career paths. Through the ODAŞ Development Platform, we provide training to support the professional and personal development of our colleagues and contribute to their professional development through the technical training we organise. The focus group activities that we frequently organise to learn from each other are a method that strengthens teamwork, communication and cooperation. We also aim to strengthen our leadership skills with the ODAŞ Executive Development Programme.”

Emphasising that they encourage participation and ensure employee loyalty through all these efforts, Arıkan said, ‘We are trying to create an environment that values the ideas of everyone we work with. We care about the contribution of our colleagues at all levels. We take care to support the work-life balance of our colleagues with practices such as hybrid working opportunities, health and welfare programmes. In addition, we create a corporate culture at ODAŞ that encourages open communication and cooperation and focuses on people. At the end of all these efforts, we are happy to be included in the ‘Turkey's Best Employers’ list with two of our companies, as voted by our colleagues with their own will. This list proves that we are able to create a fair, reliable, proud and team-spirited working environment for our colleagues. It is also an honour to be included in this list with their votes.’
