At ODAŞ, we won our first Stevie® Award at the 23rd Annual International Business Awards®. Our “No to Violence Against Women” project, launched to raise awareness of violence against women, received a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Achievement in Public Relations – Achievement in Social Media Focused category. We are delighted that our efforts to draw attention to a social issue have resonated internationally.
We are proud to have received an ESG Award for our project that converts organic waste into biogas. This award reflects our commitment to creating sustainable value and helping to shape a more resilient future.
We received an award in the “Gas Power Project of the Year” category for our ODAŞ CA Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant at the Asian Power Awards, regarded as Asia’s most prestigious awards programme for the energy sector. Completed and commissioned in Uzbekistan in just six months, the plant was the only project to receive an award in its category, and ODAŞ CA was the only Turkish company among the winners. We achieved international recognition with our ODAŞ CA Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant, which has the highest efficiency rate of any private sector power plant in the region.
At ODAŞ, we won the Bronze Baykuş Award in the “Reputable Baykuş” category at the 13th Baykuş Awards. This award represents more than an achievement for us; as our second Baykuş Award, it holds even greater significance. We share our pride in this achievement, earned through our ODAŞ People project, with all our colleagues and everyone who has supported us along the way.

KEDV Meslek Bebekleri projesi ile Topluluk İletişimi ve Düşük Bütçeli Kampanyalar kategorilerinde Altın Ödül, Dikkat Fikir Çıkabilir Afiş Tasarım Yarışmamız ile Z Jenerasyonu İletişimi kategorisinde Gümüş Ödül sahibi olduk. Bu ödüller; topluluklarla kurduğumuz güçlü bağın, gençlerle olan yaratıcı iletişimimizin ve ODAŞ People olarak ortaya koyduğumuz emeğin bir yansıması.
Our work with ODAŞ People Volunteers earned us an award in the Corporate Volunteering category at the Social Benefit Awards organised by Dünya Newspaper. Through this programme, launched in 2023, we have contributed over 2,000 volunteer hours across 12 different projects! We sincerely thank our ODAŞ People Volunteers, whose efforts made this award possible, for putting their hearts into every social responsibility project we have undertaken!
We Rank Among Türkiye’s Best Employers! Our colleagues’ survey responses confirmed it: “Together, We Did a Great Job!” On the “Türkiye’s Best Employers 2024” list compiled by Great Place To Work® Türkiye, ODAŞ ranked 26th, while Suda Maden took 1st place in the 50–99 employee category. We are proud that both companies secured a place among Türkiye’s leading employers in our very first year of participation!
We Won the Reputable Baykuş Award! In 2024, we won the Silver Baykuş Award in the “Reputable Baykuş” category at the Baykuş Awards, organised by the Turkish Researchers Association (TÜAD), for our “Roadmap of Reputation Towards the Summit” study conducted with ERA Research & Consultancy. This award highlights the significant impact of research on business processes and decision-making, as well as its added value and scientific rigour. Our investments in employer branding, media activities and strategic initiatives in stakeholder management form the foundation of this success.
