Within the scope of the Communiqué on Corporate Governance (II-17.1) of the Capital Markets Board (CMB), an application was submitted to the CMB, requesting the CMB's opinion on the eligibility of Mr. Umut Apaydın and Mr. Sabri Sipahi to be presented to the approval of the General Assembly as "Independent Board Member Nominees" at the first General Assembly meeting. As a result of this application, the Company has been informed by the CMB that there is no negative opinion regarding the Independent Board Member nominees.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
