The consolidated financial statements for the accounting period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Board's (II-14.1) ""Communication on Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets"" and audited by an independent auditor, and and regarding the absence of distributable profit in the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law based on the tables formed in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law from our Company's 2024 activities, it has been decided to propose to the next Ordinary General Assembly that no profit distribution be made.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this document, the Turkish version shall prevail. Supplementary Documents
