Our Company's Board of Directors, in line with the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has resolved to appoint KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit company to carry out the sustainability assurance audit for the 2024 and 2025 fiscal year reports prepared in accordance with the Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) determined by the Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK), as well as other related activities within the scope of the relevant regulations. This matter will be submitted for the approval of our shareholders at the first General Assembly Meeting to be held.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
