As a result of the rating study conducted by Kobirate Uluslararası Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri ve Kurumsal Yönetim A.Ş. to rate the level of compliance with the ‘Corporate Governance Principles' published by the Capital Markets Board, our Company's Corporate Governance Compliance Rating Score was determined as 8.95 as of 11 May 2026 (out of 10 full points).
