The Corporate Governance Principles Rating Compliance Agreement which was signed between our company and "Kobirate Uluslararası Kredi Derecelendirme ve Kurumsal Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. has been renewed for 1 year on February 20, 2026. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
