Following the passing away of our Board Member Hafize Ayşegül Özal, upon the decision of the Board of Directors dated 13.05.2026 and numbered 2026/07, it was resolved to appoint Zehra Zeynep Dereli Karaçöl as a member of the Board of Directors pursuant to Article 363 of the Turkish Commercial Code, to serve until the first General Assembly meeting, and to submit appointment for the approval of General Assembly. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
