ODAŞ also has some policies and benefits to ensure the long-term sustainability of talents. ODAŞ People and Culture Director İnci Arıkan stated that the performance bonus which is paid once a year, comes first among benefits and added, “We aim to contribute to the company's goals with team goals by implementing a team-oriented performance system. The performance bonus is based on the profitability of the business and the speed with which the employee or team achieves the company's goals. This bonus is independent of title. The amount of the bonus varies according to some of our evaluation criteria.”
